What Are These Roundtables?

You’re invited to a Collaboration Innovation Table (CIT) — a small, focused roundtable discussion with:

  • 8–10 women entrepreneurs

  • 2–3 policy and decision-makers (who are there to listen)

  • Guided facilitation by Geraldine De Braune

These in-person sessions are designed to be safe, rich, and full of honest conversation. Every CIT feeds directly into national research and policy development through PARO.

Many women in business — especially Indigenous, newcomer, and equity-deserving entrepreneurs — face barriers that rarely make it into mainstream support programs. This project seeks to:

  • Understand the real barriers to growth, funding, and procurement

  • Expand access to capital, markets, and scaling opportunities

  • Connect women with allies, advocates, and systemic support

  • Influence change in policies and programs across Canada

Your experience matters. Your voice can shape what comes next — not just for you, but for the next generation of women founders.
