What if something amazing happens?
What if something Amazing Happens? Today, we’re chatting with Geraldine DeBraune about the power of the reframe. When you think there is no way out, there’s always that little whisper, the tug of curiosity or that little nudge that makes room for the magic to happen. Geraldine is a life coach, cultivator of curiosity, co-founder of Croneology (the science and study of wise women) and so much more. Trust us when we say you may want to have a notebook handy for this episode.
Embracing ebb and flow and saying yes to new beginnings, with Geraldine De Braune Soulcation with Mel Miles
The power to begin again is something we always hold.
And while transition can be scary at any stage of life, knowing that we always have the ability to choose a new path can be liberating and lead us to our best lives.
Our latest guest, Geraldine De Braune, knows that better than anyone. She’s been a personal coach since 2017, and her clients are women from all aspects of work and life, who crave to be more of who they already are. She’s a collector of questions, a cultivator of curiosity, a fervent believer in possibility (and magic), and an ally of choice.
Listen to the full conversation for more on career shifts, spiritual transformation, how to nurture yourself in your daily life, the power of noticing when you’re most energized, and what those observations can tell you about what you need and want in life.
A Croneology Hot Flash
This one is for all the crones and our perimenopausal sisters!
As some of you know, I love a good collaboration and I've got a few irons in the fire. Over at Croneology, my fellow crone Janet Bertolus and I are having a HOT FLASH...and it's the kind you don’t want to miss!
Feeding the good wolf
We’re two weeks into 2022.
How’s it going? Are you feeling optimistic? Hopeful? Excited? Something else?
Any New Year’s resolutions?
It's pretty hard to act on any resolutions when we don’t know what the world is throwing at us and so much is unpredictable. Even before the pandemic, articles I've read indicate that 2 weeks is the average life of a New Year’s resolution.
CRONE-OL-O-GY
Simply put, Croneology is a six-week, on-line, round table for women 50 and over where we take a deep dive into all those out of bounds, “age appropriate”, and cringe worthy topics from the practical to the mystical that we’re not supposed to discuss in polite company.
What's your why?
‘What’s my why’ has taken up residence inside my brain. A simple enough question with no clear answer for me, at least, not in a way that would satisfy the loans manager at a bank or slip easily into dinner party chit chat.
Resistance is futile - a love letter
Being someone who's resistant to words like routine, consistency, and structure (which is exactly what’s required if you’re committing to producing a newsletter) this should be interesting.
Hue Virtual Chat with Tracy Koga: Geraldine De Braune, Susie Erjavec Parker: Self Preservation
We discuss how it is OK to say no, step away from emails, social media and not having to feel bound to serve everyone but yourself. Cynthia Fortlage speaks about her favourite season—the fall of patriarchy—and that what is between our legs shouldn't define us, but what is between our ears. Susie reminds us of what parental unconditional love can do to grow well-balanced children, and perhaps create an anti-racist society.
A Collector of Questions
I am a collector of questions, a cultivator of curiosity, a fervent believer in possibility, and an ally of choice. I believe my spiritual growth is imperative to my well-being and my practice as a coach.
It’s Always About Love
Whatever it is, it’s always about love. That’s the practice, paraphrased from a meditation by @dianalang. And love is about choice. Always.
